Vanessa has been a valued member of Alternative Action Programs (AAP) since 2012. She began her career in the administration office and, within two years, was promoted to Billing Specialist. Her continued excellence led to advancement as Office Manager, where she provided strong leadership for more than five years. Building on this success, she was promoted to Compliance Officer, a role in which she excelled by ensuring accountability and quality across the agency.

In 2023, Vanessa assumed the position of Chief Operations Officer. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing AAP’s operational efficiency, development, and safety. She ensures that all corporate processes and procedures meet legal and ethical requirements while upholding AAP’s high internal standards.
